  • Photocopy of a valid Passport

  • Photocopy of a valid Visa (either within the Passport or separately)

  • Photocopy of the CPR

  • One photograph per applicant

  • If the address on the supplied documents is not the present address, then we would need a copy of any one of the following as proof of address:

    1. Your latest Electricity Bill

    2. Your latest Telephone Bill

    3. Your latest Bank Account Statement

    4. Your current Driving License
      These should contain the present geographical address, and not just a Post Box Number.

  • Valid and acceptable documentation evidencing exemption / concession from deduction of tax at source / withholding tax, if any as may be applicable in future under the tax laws in force from time to time.

  • Fax Indemnity Form (optional).
  • Photocopy of a valid Passport

  • Photocopy of a valid visa (either within the Passport or separately) or a declaration that the applicant does not have a valid visa, giving reasons for the same

  • One photograph per applicant

  • Photocopy of any one of the following:

    1. Birth Certificate

    2. Driving License in the country of residence

    3. Resident Identity Card OR

    4. Any other document establishing residency (these documents are accepted on a case to case basis)

  • If the address on the supplied documents is not the present address, then we would need a copy of any one of the following as proof of address:

    1. Your latest Electricity Bill

    2. Your latest Telephone Bill

    3. Your latest Bank Account Statement, that contains your present address.

  • Valid and acceptable documentation evidencing exemption/ concession from deduction of tax at source / withholding tax, if any as may be applicable in future under the tax laws in force from time to time.

  • Fax Indemnity Form (optional).
  • Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Commercial Registration (certified copies)

  • Memorandum of Association (certified copy)

  • Articles of Association (certified copy)

  • Partnership Agreement, if applicable (certified copy)

  • Board Resolution to open the account

  • Certified copies of latest financial report (audited, where possible)

  • List of authorised signatories and board resolution authorising the named signatories to operate the account

  • Identification documents of authorised signatories.
