Non Resident Indians, resident in Bahrain
- Photocopy of a valid Passport
- Photocopy of a valid visa (either within the Passport or separately)
- Photocopy of the CPR
- One photograph per applicant
- If the address on the supplied documents is not the present address, then we would need a copy of any one of the following as proof of address:
- Your latest Electricity Bill
- Your latest Telephone Bill
- Your latest Bank Account Statement
- Your current Driving License
These should contain the present geographical address, and not just a Post Box Number.
- Valid and acceptable documentation evidencing exemption/ concession from deduction of tax at source/
withholding tax, if any as may be applicable in future under the tax laws in force from time to time. - Fax Indemnity Form (optional).
Persons resident outside Bahrain
- Photocopy of a valid Passport
- Photocopy of a valid visa (either within the Passport or separately) or a declaration that the applicant does not have a valid visa, giving reasons for the same
- One photograph per applicant
- Photocopy of any one of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Driving License in the country of residence
- Resident Identity Card OR
- Any other document establishing residency (these documents are accepted on a case to case basis)
- If the address on the supplied documents is not the present address, then we would need a copy of any one of the following as proof of address:
- Your latest Electricity Bill
- Your latest Telephone Bill
- Your latest Bank Account Statement, that contains your present address.
- Valid and acceptable documentation evidencing exemption/ concession from deduction of tax at source/ withholding tax, if any as may be applicable in future under the tax laws in force from time to time.
- Fax Indemnity Form (optional).
Legal Persons (Corporate Bodies) outside Bahrain
- Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Commercial Registration (certified copies)
- Memorandum of Association (certified copy)
- Articles of Association (certified copy)
- Partnership Agreement, if applicable (certified copy)
- Board Resolution to open the account
- Certified copies of latest financial report (audited, where possible)
- List of authorised signatories and board resolution authorising the named signatories to operate the account
- Identification documents of authorised signatories.
